Türkiye’s leading full-service restaurant chain brand, BigChefs, which is the Group’s flagship brand established in Ankara in 2007, creatively incorporates the concepts of local products, local flavors, women producers, and sustainability into its menu and service philosophy a nd is rapidly advancing towards becoming a global brand by opening its first international branch in 2014 and its first European branch in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2019. The Company’s shares, which went public in 2023, are traded on the Main Market of Borsa Istanbul under the symbol BIGCH.
